How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in contacts on a password protected phone; on the website; and in Office 365 and gmail accessed via a password protected laptop and password protected phone.
We keep names and contact details for up to five years after interaction or coaching has completed. We will then dispose of your information by completely deleting it from contacts on the phone, Office 365 and gmail.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
