Group Coaching

Shelley's Circle

Are you a woman who wants to make the most of your personal life as well as your career?  Is there something you want to change, but you're not quite sure what or you're not taking action to make things happen?

This group coaching programme will help you to take the first steps and keep going until you get to where you want to be.

Coaching focuses on getting you from where you are now to where you want to be.

We'll develop your coaching programme together, so it's tailored for you.  I'll support you, without judgment so you can speak openly and confidentially about what you want, helping you to identify how to make it a reality and partnering with you along the way.

Contact me to find out more about my approach, we can get to know each other better, talk about what change you want to see and decide if we'll make a good partnership.

Your coaching programme will include:

  • A safe space to be you, without being judged

  • Support identifying what you want in your life/ career

  • Support identifying how to get what you want

  • Coaching sessions as you make your goals a reality

  • Developing a better understanding of yourself

Sessions will take place in your preferred format, whether that's in person* or online using Zoom

*in person sessions are available locally

A little more about coaching

Some of the things my clients have told me they like about coaching sessions with me include:

  • Feeling comfortable and safe opening up to me

  • That I listen, ask questions and put the onus on them to make their own decisions

  • That they're able to set clear goals and achieve them

An important part of becoming a coach was having a coach.  What stands out most for me about having a coach (and being a coach) is that I keep trying things that push me out of my comfort zone; I really like taking the time to explore where I want to get to and how I'll get there; and although I was already confident in myself, I'm even more confident now.

Should you work with me?

Whichever programme you choose, I will create a safe space for us to work in partnership, free from judgment, as you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

Do come to work with me if you:

  • are willing to make changes

  • will take responsibility for moving your life and career in the direction you want

  • want to achieve your potential

Don’t come to work with me if you:

  • want to be told what to do – what works for me (or anyone else) isn’t necessarily going to work for you, that’s why it’s important for you to be honest with yourself and during our sessions and with my coaching support, find the right way forward for you.  One of my favourite things about coaching is helping people to find the right answers for them based on what they really want - not based on what they 'should' want.

  • want to keep everything as it is now – coaching is about moving you from where you are now to where you want to be.  I wonder – would you be reading this if you really do want to keep everything as it is now?

  • just want to have a nice chat that doesn’t go anywhere – my clients enjoy working with me and that’s because I’m friendly and support them in moving towards their goals.  That doesn’t mean our conversations are all easy.  The changes you want to make in your life or career may be challenging for you, you might have some difficult decisions to make and if you commit to coaching, you’ll realise or accept things about yourself that you haven’t fully explored before.  It’s important that if you want to work with me, you’re willing to be honest with yourself (and me) about what you want and are committed to taking relevant action.
