My 'Be you' one to one programme could be just what you’re looking for. We’ll work together as you focus on the areas most important to you, helping you to feel more confident and comfortable being who you truly are. Stop hiding the real you! Our starting point will be to identify which areas you want to focus on and where you’d like to get to with them. We’ll then work together as you take steps to move you towards where you want to be.

This is particularly close to my heart, as I’ve personally gone from having incredibly low self-esteem to feeling completely comfortable and happy being me. It’s made a huge difference in my life.
​
We’ll explore self-acceptance; growth mindset; knowing when to let go; taking responsibility; sense of purpose; positive relationships; and mental and physical wellbeing. Your initial assessment of where you are and our exploration of where you want to be will determine the focus for our sessions.
​
We’ll have an introductory session before coaching starts. After you’ve completed a pre-coaching evaluation, we’ll have six monthly one to one coaching sessions focused on the issues that will have the biggest impact for you.

Are you ready to achieve your potential in life, but are unsure where to start, or haven't taken the steps needed to make it happen? Maybe things are going well, but you feel you could be doing more to make the most of it; or perhaps something's really not how you want it to be and you want to change that. This programme will support you in living life to its fullest by working out what you want and coaching you as you make it happen.

Shelley’s Circle – Group Coaching Programme
​
I host small groups of two to four friends in Shelley's Circle. Get together, make your time extra special and really help each other to achieve your ambitions.
This is for you if:

You want to make the most of your personal life, as well as having a great career.

You want to be yourself, achieve your potential and live a life you love.

There’s something you want to change, but either aren’t quite sure what that change needs to be, or you know what you need to change, but feel a bit stuck, you can’t find the way forward and make it happen.

You want to take your first step towards what you want and to know you’ll keep going until you get there.

You like spending time with friends, inspiring and encouraging each other to keep going and do great things.

Whether you choose one to one or group coaching depends on what you want to change and what your preferences are. One to one sessions are more private because it's just the two of us, we can get into the detail and the time is fully focused on getting you to where you want to be. Group coaching can be good if you thrive from being around others, you're happy to share your goal with others and can encourage and support others without judgement.
