Are you up for a little challenge?
The next time you have a negative thought about yourself - turn it on its head and think the positive version of it instead.
For example, turn 'I'm not good at this' into 'I'm getting better at it'; 'I've got so far to go' into 'I've taken the first step'. You get the idea.
It will feel strange at first, but go with it...
Then take that positive thought and put it into action - take that next step. If you truly allow yourself to, you'll find in time your thoughts on this will become consistently more positive, because you're starting off by actively thinking about it and putting it to use.
